Suou Keito (周防 景人) is one of the attendees of Natsume Souichirou's funeral. He was Natsume’s childhood neighbor and playmate. The youngest of Natsume's friends, Keito is rather idealistic and naive.

Keito’s Mamiya is invisible. Keito has known him since childhood, and he considers him the only person who truly understands him.

Keito’s father, a police officer, is Samejima’s boss, and Samejima often looks out for Keito. During the course of the story, Keito becomes close friends and penpals with Kikuchi Ryou.

Loves his family and fantasy. He is a kind-hearted young boy, but admires the extraordinary, and sometimes feels bored with his life. One day, he befriends a young boy with amnesia named Ryou. While his parents are away, he goes on to live with him.

Appearance

Keito is a young man with scruffy blue hair and gray eyes. He is the tallest member of the cast despite his young age. His school uniform is a gakuran, which he wears to Natsume's funeral.

When in casual settings, Keito generally wears comfy sweaters and pants. He shops for clothes with his mother, who often chooses clothes that are more mature than his age.

Personality & Traits

Keito is described as kind-hearted and puppy-like. Despite being good-intentioned, he's typically overly blunt and seems unaware of his surroundings. He is energetic and childish, he is also shown to be generous and helps people even if he won't get anything in return.

While Keito lives a normal, happy life, he longs for something more. He wishes to be special and live a special life, to the point of looking down on anything that isn't unique. Even though his dreams aren't based in reality, he refuses to give up on them. Due to this, it causes his normally benevolent personality to become selfish in his constant pursuit for the unordinary.
